ABS juice for PETg bed adhesion

Post by gestalt73 »

I was having bed adhesion issues with a recent large-ish PETg print with my PVA gluestick, so tried gluestick + ABS juice out of desperation.

Turns out it works really well.

I still haven't tried my PEI sheet, so don't know how it works with PETg.

Pei will grip too hard. Very difficult to remove. PVA as taulman prescribed is the best. Glue all and water mix

I use PEI and PETG without too much issue. Don't squish the first layer. Bed and 70 -75C for small parts and 80C for larger parts. Pop the plate in the freezer and they release fairly easily.

I print a lot of PETG, and hairspray does the trick for me.
