cube test misaligned culums
Hi
I have almost a perfect cube, but columns are not aligned between corners, someone could help me to avoid this problem ?

I had that issue too - but it seems to have disappeared (though I should test again now that I've calibrated my printer completely).
First thought when looking at that image - "Holy Delta Arm Blues Batman!" - It really looks like at least one of your delta arms is stiff - I suggest you pull off the arms one by one and find the bad one. Or read up on Mhackney's sticky about the delta arm blues before you start.
I had one sticky arm out of 6, and it caused a major difference in my print quality

do you think that few drops of vaseline oil could help ?
calibration was long, but I think that "holy" delta arms blues will be required also....

Hmmm Squeaking arms? Nope that shouldn't happen! My Extruder squeaks, but never the arms.
I personally used Lithium Grease which is plastic-safe. Probably added too much, but I figured more is better than less!

In some travels my arms don't move regularly, with trembling and vibrating by small steps
U aluminium joints are sticked,
With the steel axes, and with the plastic supports, near the end ans near culumns.
Iit's necessary, I think, to put off all the arms,
and verify all connections - as detailled in the delta arms blues post.

That trembling is caused by either mechanical friction or under powered steppers, resulting in the steppers not having enough power to overcome the force required to move smoothly.
If you are running a RAMBo you can set stepper current in firmware. I run at 185 (not amps, just the digital setting). You might tweak that. Tell us if you are using the kit electronics or what you used.
If mechanical, you need to adjust the cheapskate carriages to get smooth, slop free motion - preferably test without the belts attached. Misaligned or over tight belts are also part of the mechanics and can cause problems too.

I use marlin for RAMBo firmware and RAMBo card.(all from seemecnc complete kit)
in what fille could I set the value to 185 (configuration.f, steppers.h ....) ?
What is the data/variable name to set ?
I prefer to test this setting before to put off all the arms(dificult and risky !)

can you show me a photo of how you have your top support plate oriented. Is the laser engraved part number on the top plate facing the z axis?

no it doesn't. the z axis should have the laser engraved wording next to it. The z should be where your engraved letters are located. I should have worded it differently
reason because that top plate is not symmetrical (yes, they should be symmetrical but there not), it is not identical to the plate that the onyx sits on. I've found you have to rotate it to match.

sorry my english is not perfect and I didn't understand all perfectly, so i confused "next" by "in face of"
you say me that the engraved top support have to be near the z axis,
even, the top support seem to be "symmetrical" in the 3 axis, this is not the case
do you think that this is the origin of my problems ?
so I have to remove to support and turn it,

if you did not check your laser cut parts for alignment before you assembled, i would highly recommend at least checking that top plate with the plate the onyx rest on.
