It seems like I am having issues with underextrusion when printing "ridges" or small areas in between large gaps. I'm thinking this could be due to the filament being retracted in between the ridges and when it moves over to the next ridge, it extrudes air for a bit causing the under extrusion?
I checked my retraction settings which haven't been changed from the defaults and it is at 6.37mm, which seems like wayy to much, from what I remember on my prussa...
Obviously this is "why not test it" theory but unfortunately I had to go and go on vacation and won't be able to play for another four whole days

If there are any alternate theories I'm listening as well
Here is picture where there is not a lot of retraction going on, then another picture where there is ten tons of retraction (it seems to get worse as the space between ridges increases)
