I have a question about this thermistor.
Yesterday i set up the thermistor on the hole in the middle of the plate with RTV. I did not pay attention to the beginning but now we can see the thermistor through the RTV when you flip the plate. I don't know if it's a big deal if there is no RTV on it.

Kind of, because when you print the plastic will stick to the thermistor and you might/will pull of the Thermistor when you are pulling off your print... You can put some more rtv on the topic...

Oh, yea.. Brain fart.. I'd still full in the area with rtv... Might affect temp readings...

It isn't a huge deal... The hotend is where the rtv is really important...

If the hole is full, and the thermistor is showing, then I wouldn't worry about more RTV. I might add a dab of a non-conductive thermal paste, such as Ceramique or Arctic Silver 5 (Most pastes are non-conductive these days, and it's only really an issue if there's a way for it to get to the leads of the thermistor) before clipping on a heatspreader. If you don't plan to buy or make a heat spreader, take 2-3 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil, and put that down under the glass.
If you put the aluminum foil down, it will do the nameplate job of a heat spreader, but won't provide thermal mass to reduce oscillations. And the best part is, if you don't already have some foil and paste on hand it should be a cheap upgrade that produces more consistent prints over the whole bed.
