What filiments are best for use on quadcopter frames
Looking for a discussion on the best filaments on quadcopter frames, around the 220 - 250 size FPV frames.

I've used PLA with good results for "disposable" parts like landing gear. For stronger things, you ought to look at Nylons for durability or materials with carbon fiber chop in them for rigidity. I know that Joe from Detroit Drones makes a lot of his parts semi flexible for crash resilience.
Are you making camera brackets and things like that, or are you trying to make the whole frame?

I've had good success with PETG. It's more flexible and forgiving that PLA, and doesn't have the delamination issues that ABS has.
Been using it for motor mounts on the frame I designed for the past few months.
Some parts I printed in ABS, and those were OK, but I'd only use that for parts that need more stiffness than PETG can provide.
I wouldn't use PLA though.

check out 3DXTech they have really good specialty filaments with carbon fiber or glass fiber
I have used the CF ABS it prints well and is really tough.

not cheap, but the best stuff rarely is.
you really should have a hard steel nozzle to print this stuff, it is very abrasive. It will wear out a stock brass nozzle rather quickly.
