Have you guys heard of the new Taulman 1.75 Nylon 645 filament? Over 16,500 psi tinsel strength, able to withstand blows from a sledge hammer while place on a vise, video simulation at their web site " Taulman3d.com " . The best part about this is that it can be printed with same values as ABS,maybe a bit slower and warping is the same as ABS, not much of it! I signed up for free sample and bought 2 rolls.
