Mine seems to like to rest along the Z axis. Has anyone else had this issue? How are you guys supporting your filament and wire bundle so it doesn't come into contact with the delta arms, or does it matter?
Haven't noticed any real impact, but I'd like to remove as many physical variables as possible as I practice printing larger objects on the Rostock.

Re: Where does your Umbilical rest?
Mine is about the same. I just took a scrap piece of filament and loosely looped it around. Works well looks like an after thought. When I have time ill just use a small bungee or something.
Re: Where does your Umbilical rest?
I have something like this (somewhere?)
If I find it.
I'm thinking connected to the top plate center-then midway on the umbilical. If I find it.

I keep my bowden tube seperate from the wires. I didn't but any split loom or conduit over any of it. The wire is plenty strong to support it from the head to the place I have tied it off too.

Interesting, but i'm thinking of something else, perhaps a retractable ID card holder would do the trick... Gotta dig through my basement and see if I can find one

I just let them hang down. There's a loop through the wooden circle for the thermistor so it can't be tugged out.
