Eris Installation Problem (SOLVED)

I'm having a few problems getting my Eris printer working (see attached)

Okay, that was easy - the connector wasn't plugged into the print head component

Most of you will probably hate me - I'm not very smart - apologies up front

I'm not sure what's "wrong" with me . . . so far, I've endured life knowing my destiny lies far from the top . . . so I focus on stuff I enjoy and that keeps me happy
