Is it possible that one end lifted from the build surface during the print? Hard to tell from the photo and I forgot the details of your original post's description :(

it does look like the left side lifted but that was caused by me in the post process of cleaning up the skirt grid left behind. I started overdoing it by cutting away to much. It seemed the skirt stuck to well to the part.
