I just went through a similar problem to what others have been discussing in this thread. Turns out that I didn't have the bowden tube all the way in. I have an HE280 which is really nice except it can be difficult to get the tube all the way in. What I discovered is that the passageway all the way to the block is wide enough to accompany the tube. If you don't get it in far enough the filament has enough play room that the filament can get blocked by the lip that is there to accommodate the tube. Once I figured this out and played with inserting the tube I was able to get it in all the way and now everything appears to work just fine (at least for the moment...).

FYI, I have a Rostock Max v3.
