Not sure what the conflict is Lee? The top drawn for the heating application is fine. However, since we are simply drawing power from the same 12V that we use to power the board we can put a jumper from +12V to the NO open terminal to the heater. The way this is drawn, the load/heater could be powered by a different supply altogether.

One other off topic point, you should have it set up so a Mod can ban spammers with one single infraction. That may help.

Yep. And that was the difference I was seeing. I have setup a few relays before, so once I realized that, it was okay. There is generally conflicting info on the internet from various sources especially for specific applications, so it helps to get things verified and documented. I think we just did that.

That is Steve and John's call. I was made a mod for individual forums, not a global mod. So, all I can do is moderate individual posts. As a global mod I could actually ban members too.
I also run a phpBB forum -
http://www.reelsmithing.com/forum We went through this too. I tried a lot of alternatives. In the end, the thing that worked 100% was to add a field to the registration form "Why do you want to join this forum" AND require a moderator to approve new accounts. Now, I get an email when someone registers. I look at that field and if it is bogus, they are deleted. If not, I approve them. After a month of that, all the spammers disappeared. I have over 400 users now and "0" spams.

I have a thermistor here that is extra or spare that I ordered for my hot end. Should I use some Kapton and tape that to the center of my heat bed circuit board? Or did you tape the blue lollipop on yours? My guess is that either way will work, but when I guess about electronics I better figure on ordering more.
Yes I taped the blue thermister under the heated bed with kapton tape.
