Well,

For starters, you're not using our version of repetier that's already configured for the orion's, otherwise you wouldn't have to change languages.

I would say, run the eeprom_clear sketch, and upload THIS firwmare
https://github.com/seemecnc/Repetier-091-ORION

That is the one that we flash on the machines here at the shop, and it seems to me that you're using a default repetier version, which may have eeprom_mode set to 0 instead of 1, which is why you can't access it from repetier host?

Let us know how that works,

John

It looks like I am going to have to ask where they got the firmware instead of assuming they are using the official SeeMeCNC firmware.

Yes, I am using your firmware.

I downloaded it directly from https://github.com/seemecnc/Repetier-091-ORION

Well, scratch that.
viewtopic.php?f=60&t=4011 is where I got the fork. /int2str
Explains my german issue. But ...this wasn't really the issue. :-\ It definitely is EEPROM/hardware as I've flashed the EEPROM countless times and changed the firmare EEPROM_MODE to not = 0.

I'm getting issued a new RAMBo board as well to clear up the EEPROM issue.
I'll be flashing the 0.91 firmware from /seemeCNC/
What a horrible tiny detail to overlook.
I'm glad that this isn't causing my EEPROM issue, then I would have felt really stupid.

Supposed to be getting it tomorrow. Have setup install date and will definitely keep everyone abreast of the situation. In other news I just got back from installing Butte College's Orion Delta unit and it came pre-loaded w/ 0.91 and seems to be the new Rev of the hardware kit, (Includes power toggle switch on top). This one was up and running with zero issues!! Yes!

That's great! Now we need to get yours doing the same thing, no issues!
