No, that stuff is 15mm x 15mm, same as Openbeam. It's what the mini-kossel uses. You could make a max-sized machine from it, but it wouldn't be as stiff.
The Rostock Max clearly uses a larger size, since it uses T-nuts, not sure exactly which. I don't own a Max to check.

I want to say it falls into the 2525 extrusion. I'm going by the 1 inch size that is being sold on seemecnc.com parts section.

when you configure on the left side choose width of 25 and thickness of 25 single row slot and then choose anodized or black anodized. Packing list for Max v2 shows t slot rail 1" (25mm) square x 32" (812mm) long. Picked it up from ups today.

I'm not positive, but I think SeeMeCNC use 8020 extrusions, they have a different profile than the Mitsumi ones, you might have issues with the cheap skates.
