How long is the bowden on the Orion ? Is it much shorter than a top loaded Max ?

I'm hoping that one of us "Air-Struder" guys stumbles upon a sample. If long bowden tubes are problematic with this material it probably could work with a short 2? or 3" tube...

I'll check that, I'll find a way to lower my extruder and try again with a shorter bowden... there is no way I would give up on my filaflex spool !!

Try turning the temperature down to 225.

Filaflex will expend a lot while heating up. They had many clogging issues while trying to achieve the 1.75mm Filaflex.
That is why, the filaflex filament is roughly 1.5mm, instead of 1.75mm.
To me, it only makes it more flexible and difficult to drive through a bowden tube.

What is Ninjaflex diameter ?
