Taulman Alloy 910?

One thing I haven't really liked about this stuff is that in a way, its kind of soft. It creeps. I made an extruder out of it, printed the lever with 95% infill and immediately wasn't very happy with what I got out of it as soon as I put it under spring tension.The gap is about 3/8" at the end near the spring right now, it was supposed to be about 1/8" by design but I knew it would flex a little bit, but this is just too much. The bearing now sits in crooked. I'm going to try the same one in ABS to see how it does since ABS is quite a bit harder(surface hardness) I wonder if its stiffer? I certainly could have made the lever thicker, just didn't think I would need to. Its 5mm thick near the bearings
