I'm looking at a few different geometries for the enclosure, some of them are flexible. Most of the printer volume will be surrounded by fiberglass like a fabric cage. The versions of the enclosure that have the hotend in hot air will probably be water-cooled, although I don't plan on printing much above 100C because only a few [expensive] plastics need an ambient temperature that high to prevent warping.
Most of the fiberglass can't be accurately modeled in CAD because it's flexible. My older drawings of the printer had 3 glass walls, one opens as a door. I changed them in the last week to have only one side glass (the door) while the rest of the printer is surrounded by fiberglass.
