esbowman, just wanted to say thanks for this. I have already printed the v27 once, test fit, and am now starting a run for the other 2 right this moment. Great design & thanks again.

So what's the fix for the missing support when printing in cura?

Just finished printing my 3rd attempt (first 2 curled as i wasn't adding any brims) which looked awesome until i took a closer look and realised it wasn't printing the support!!

Just wanted to also say thanks! Awesome design

You'll just want to add your own supports in Cura. My best results were with Lines as the structure type, 50% fill and 0.1mm distance from Z.

I think this might work, but it will requiere new lasercut tower supports.
Maybe someone can figure out a way to adapt it.

Here is the Rhino file, im in the process of rebuilding my Rostock with new melamine sheets so check and recheck meassures.
I will be using 5.7mm sheets.

Thanks!! Just fit a set of the v27 tensioners today and they're working great. Might change the design up a bit to have the thumb screws the other way up so I can use allen head bolts and tighten them up properly with the top plate off. Will post back once I play around in solidworks a bit. :)

Just stumbled upon this and I can echo the suggestions to put nut captures on the bottom two pieces so you can tighten from the top instead of using thumbscrews on the bottom. The top nut capture can probably be left intact to give people the option to choose.
