Finished and extruder and bed no heat

I just finished assembling and going through calibrations. I am testing if the bed and extruder works. On the lcd screen its says noz: def, bed: def and target is 0. When I go to mattercontrol the actual temp for extruder is like 220 C and 22 C for bed. The extruder does not feed hot at all. Try to set the temp and it doesn't go up.
I am also getting a hardware error, "your printer is reporting a hardware error. This may prevent your printer from functioning properly. Error reported: "error:printer set into dry run mode until restart!"."

The LCD displaying def for the hotend and also for the heat bed indicates that something is wrong with the thermistor, its wiring or the contacts on the plugs have been crimped incorrectly.
You need to carefully check the wires at the thermistors and trace it down to where it is plugged into the board.
Do not do this with the printer plugged in, you should never plug anything in or unplug anything from the Rambo controller with the power on.
If you have an ohm-meter, a multimeter, etc you can measure the resistance of the thermistors at the plugs that plug into the Rambo.
There should be a small open area on one side of the plug that you can place the test leads with the multimeter set to measure resistance.
At normal room themperature you should measure approximately 100k ohms. Anything that is drastically different from the 100K indicates a problem
with the thermistor or the wiring coming from it. Let us know what you find out. I wish you the best of luck in finding the problem.

Does the resistor have anything to do with the heat bed and hotend not heating up?

Yes. The thermistor is what senses the temperature. If it is not sending a signal that makes sense to the board it would not be safe for the board to turn on the heater and it won't do so.

I took apart and solder the wires again. Its working. I am getting the values on the lcd screen. I am doing pid autotune. First time its over temp. I set the ext pid drive max to 128 from 205 and its still giving me the same error.

What temp is it going over?
