LCD Knob doesn't seem to work.

When we turn the knob on our LCD panel, nothing happens. We've tried turning it every which way, but it does absolutely nothing. How do we fix this?
Has it always done this and if so, I would try swapping the cables from the LCD to the Rambo and make sure the red wires are oriented as displayed in the assembly guide.engineeringsquad wrote:When we turn the knob on our LCD panel, nothing happens. Also ensure that the reset switch is not being held down by the piece of plastic that you push to reset the LCD.
If this does not fix the problem and the printer is new then contact support by going to seemecnc.com and clicking the bottom right chat button. If you have a bad LCD they will
replace it if it is under warranty. Please let us know the result of this problem.
