Here is a simple geared extruder I made up for Ninjaflex to used with a Bowden tube. It works well @ 40-50 mm/s. I know Bondtech is the best but not everyone has $200.

I lied when I said that was my last post . Posted this Gear Upgrade for the NinjaStruder on thingiverse. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1785884.
It smooths out retraction stalling when printing at higher speed.
