Why I haven't posted in a while

I haven't posted in a few days and I wanted you all to know why. (I know some of you are rejoicing, quit it!)
I have had surgery on my back again and I feel like dog doo doo but I will be back in a few days. Now you can quit rejoicing!
Seriously, I miss all of you!

do everything the PT (Physical terrorist) tells you to do when you get to that point...
I am convinced that a good PT is just as important as a good surgeon
