So i recently put together my raymond style enclose to my max v2 and noticed an issue. I have 3 layer fans attached and if i try to print anything large they smack into the panels. Does anyone have a modified layer fan that would work better than the stock ones or should i just try and remove 2 of my layer fans? any help would be appreciated, Dan

Here's my position on it, with my experience. The enclosure makes the biggest difference on ABS, which isn't fond of lots of cooling. If you're doing PLA, prop the main panels way from the Max, as with it enclosed, the layer fans are less effective as the air inside is warmer, and that gives you your clearance back. When doing ABS, the Berd air is usually enough.

Be careful with mounting your Berd air though. If you intend to only use it with the stock hotend (Or whatever configuration you're using currently), rough the surface with sand paper, then epoxy it into a mounting clip. I had mine come loose twice, both times wrecking the print, and the second time it actually got so bad the Berd air was literally filled with ABS, beyond being in a massive blob. If you plan on doing multiple hotends, either epoxy on little lugs to hold it in place, or buy multiple tubes (They are only 6$ each), and epoxy each one in place.
