Everything I print comes out, to some degree, looking like this.

I'd do a setting-dump of MatterControl, but I don't know how to. What would be easier would be being able to access the settings wirelessly from their Cloud...
Maybe I'll switch back to AstroPrint, but they're not setup logically.
Convenience vs logic.

Which brings me back to stringy. I've played with retraction settings and z lift.

Next step is playing with travel speed and nozzle temp. Lower nozzle temp is less stringing, higher speed snaps strings before they get going. My suggestion on images is Imgur. Free, easy to use, and very few issues with it. Try to get the lowest nozzle temp you can get away with for that spool, and then raise travel speed (and potentially jerk/acceleration) until you get acceptable results.
