Bondtech QR extruder, jammed

So I've been trying to print, and after a while i've noticed that the first layer are coming out really bad, and now the jams happen more frequently, after a misprint two nights ago, i called it a night and turned off the printer after cooling down,Turned it on today to find a jam, i immediately thought it was my v6, but this might be the first where a bondtech qr is jammed... quite hard too.
Has anyone ever come into this problem? it's stuck from the top of the extruder's entrance hole (for filament) to where the filment is shaved off by the two gears to push the filament down. I've pulled the filament from both sides until it basically snapped with that piece still stuck inside the extruder top.
I've looked on the internet and haven't really found anything like this. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem of come across anything like this.
Just odd to me.
pictures included.

It looks like you got some filament that was WAY over spec. You should contact Bondtech to find out the safest way to clear the filament path.

I've had one jam with mine and there was an inclusion in the material much like geneb suggested. Hindsight, I'm glad it jammed and did not make it to my hotend.

I would try an airbrush cleaning brush to get that out personally. Use a small one from the drive gear area at first, then a larger one from the infeed port, and then back to the small one to completely clear the filament path. Do you have an infeed tube at all on this machine?

Your dentist has tools that have to be removed form service (the plating is worn so they can not be properly sterilized that sort of thing and these have been free for me just for the asking and they are incredibly useful for this sot of thing.

talked to martin, he just said to drill it out with a 2mm drill bit, and i did, except with a smaller 1.5mm bit and ate away at the plastic until i could grab it out with tweezers.
gonna try a print again soon, see how it works, i've changed the filament... sigh, don't trust that roll anymore.
thanks

Glad you got it sorted! I've had similar issues with over-spec filament getting jammed in the EZstruder fitting that the PTC connector screws into. A quick tap with a 1.5mm allen wrench tends to clear it.
