Calibration Problems [Solved]

I am having an issue calibrating my Rostock Max v2 after making the printer taller. I set the z height but when pressing the "tower cal" macro that the users manual had me make to calibrate the printer, nozzle hits the glass and jumps off at a random angle. Any help is appreciated.
Solution:
For some reason, setting the z height on the printer would result in MatterControl coming up with a seemingly random number for the z-height (it would sometimes be upward of 5000mm). The solution was to write down the z-height number off the lcd when setting it and put that into the EEPROM in MatterControl.
