What material did you print the part in? That will change the advice, slightly.

ABS with the stock settings in the user guide.

For the first picture, It's the model design. View the slicer output and see if that very edge is floating in air. Printing with supports might help it, but that usually makes the surface look worse.

The rest of it looks like slight over extruding. Overall it looks good.

Agree. You could lower the temp, or go with slightly thinner layers to make the overhang a little cleaner. The blobs look like slight over extrusion.

Great looking first print. I wish mine came out that nice when I first got started :)

I agree with Jim, your first print looks great compared to mine. Some tweaking with your slicer should help to fix the print.

Thanks for the complements, credit goes to the user guide. We'll try your suggestions on the layer fan shroud and see how that turns out.
