V1/V2 Upgrade to V3 Kit Status?

Has anyone heard if there will be a way to upgrade a V1/V2 to a V3 as with the previous version? There are so many improvements since V1 not to mention new equipment (hotend, extruder, power supply) that I have my doubts. I would just like to know for sure so I can either consider buying a V3 to compliment my V1 or wait for the upgrade kit. I don't really need two printers, but I like the improvements of the V3 enough to consider it.
Thank you.

I have rumors that an upgrade to the V3 will be offered but they need to catch up with all the orders coming in.
I would anticipate a wait of months.

Certainly that makes sense. I am happy to wait months if needed, but would like to know for sure if the kit is coming. In any event I will continue to tweak my V1 and wait an see what happens.

It's very much DIY (no upgrade manual or handholding), but the parts you mention are already available.
Entire v3 hotend assembly:

If your printer is old enough to need updated arms, ball joints, or carriages, those are in the shop too.
