Medieval Broad Head - 0.05mm Layer

I read somewhere once that you wouldn't see much benefit from going below 0.1mm.. . . . . . I disagree!

Looks good. What are you using to slice with, nozzle size? Is this PLA or ABS?

Slic3r to slice, the nozzle is the seemecnc 0.28mm and it is PLA.

I did have some interesting issues with the first and second prints - for example, I am printing it with 5 or 6 perimeters to be able to handle the super shallow angle of the broadhead and I have upped the top and bottom solid layers to the same amount. I did find with the first print that the temperature of the heated bed allowed the top face of the arrow to bubble in between the honeycomb infill pattern - no doubt due to the thin top layer.
