Hi all,
Nice to finally join you! I'm a UK based freelance model maker, and I'm currently investing in my own 3D printing capabilities. I'm about half way through my Rostock Max V3 kit, and I have also backed the Morpheus delta KS for fine detail parts. Previously I've been sending parts out to bureaus, mostly Perfactory and Projet HD Max work. My own machines will allow me to keep more production in house which is great.
I do quite varying work. As well as model making I also offer CAD design services - any Flames Of War players here will recognise my work in most of FOW's plastic tank kits from the last few years. But I do all sorts, mostly for the hobby, maritime and defence industries. Work is growing all the time, and it's nice to be expanding my capability.
I can't speak highly enough of the RoMax kit - as someone who designs kits for a living I can appreciate the work that goes into reducing parts and assembly time as well as making things idiot-proof. The quality of the components is outstanding, I can't wait to get printing with it!
Anyway, back to assembling the top section, see you guys around!
Regards,
Will.
