Trouble printing some of MHackney's reels

I've recently made some upgrades to my Rostock, as well as switched over to using KISS slicer and Octoprint on a Raspberry Pi. I've had some good prints, but just recently tried printing a new fly reel and am having some troubles.
First off here's some pictures of what the problems are:
The pillars do not have solid exteriors:

The top surface has gaps:

The back sides are not too bad, but there are a few small gaps:

Any suggestions? I've had good success printing these previously, but that was using MatterControl on a tablet, with MatterSlicer. My printer now runs the EZR struder and the new hot end with the accelerometer, so there have been significant changes since then.
