Cooling Fan

Anyone know why the barrel fan on the seemecnc HE280 hot end will not turn on?
Everything powers up when the power switch is turned on except for this fan that blows on the heat sink portion of the hot end. All fuses have been checked and are good was working perfectly so the solder joints are good too. this fan doesn't come on when the hotend reaches target temp. either!!
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
) Also make sure that you soldered the fan connector to the probe board the correct way around. The fan may not run at all with reverse polarity.
