still getting strange prints... please help

Hi everybody,
as I already stated in another post I am still getting strange results with my printer.
After installing the V3 upgrades I had some smaller issues. But got rid of them. The prints were good.
But from one day to another the prints came out with wobbling or vibrating layers.
I checked the belt tension, checked the screws of the towers, checked the nozzle and the hotend, checked the arms, installed the firmware again,...
I am all at sea! I don't now what to do.
What I think is really strange is the fact that in the lower quarter and in the upper quarter this effect is stronger than in the middle.
And this seems to be independent from the height as you can see on the picture.
Maybe anyone has got an idea where to look for the solution.
