Hiya All,

Is there any guides that anyone knows about on how to install the E3D V6 on the Rostock Max V3? Google has found guides and printable adapters for every printer known to man except the Rostock Max V3.

I did run across some threads here but they were kind of hard to follow and all seemed to show pictures of aftermarket parts that I'm not sure where they are available, or if I found the maker which parts to buy.

Its really simple. You are going to need a new effector mount and a accelerometer mount several are available from 713maker.com Tricklaser.com or thingiverse

After that you just use the E3DV6 Kit solder the heater leads and the thermistor leads to the HE280 Board calibrate and you are good to go. You will also need to make a firmware change to get temps over 255c
