Should I get a different hot end?
Should I get a different hot end?
Since the only "cash" I have is in the form of amazon store credit and seemecnc doesn't accept amazon payments any longer, is there another hot end that works well with the V3? I currently have the HE280 and love it, but Amazon doesn't have it, so I am considering a different hot end. E3D?

Well, i'm not sure with the v3, but v2's hot end is very capable printing pla and abs. Amazon gift cards are very liquid. I'd consider reselling them and getting duet electronics, since the electronics in the v3 are from the stoneage of 3d printing

What are you hoping to accomplish? No sense spending money you don't need to if the stock setup is doing what you want it to. My stock v2 hot end literally came apart all at once (resistors, resistor wiring, and thermistor), which was the driving force in my deciding to go ahead and hang the v6 I had lying around. Otherwise I'd probably still be running the stock hot end.
