Hi, I am a student at a high school. currently we have 2 Rostock Max V.2. I have one running PLA and the other running ABS. However, I cant get a clean print from the ABS. Then in return it clogs up and I have to clean out a small chunk of plastic out of the extruder head. I am using the HE280 upgrade. I will try any suggestions. on a smaller note my PLA printer has been printing fine but for some reason the closer I get to the Y-axis it starts to warp any suggestions on why that happens too?

Two common causes for the HE280 clogging are:
1. PTFE tube not seated down far enough. See https://seemecnc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... lament-JAM
2. Retract setting in slicer too big for ABS. Should not be longer than 2mm retract for ABS.

I too get warping near the Y axis when printing ABS. I have not yet diagnosed the cause but I wonder if it is air flow from the hot end cooling fan.
