Bridging?

OK - now I'm confused. Cura does not seem to have a setting to allow me to turn the fan on for bridging purposes. I can slow the speed down, but I can't just tell it to put the fan to 80% for bridging. I print with PETG and ABS mostly. I don't necessarily want to cool the whole print. But I need more support if I can't bridge well.
I guess maybe I'm missing something. But for now I'm off to Slic3r Prusa.
