SOLVED: Extruder stepper not responding

The below was solved by support. I forgot you have to heat it to 150. but omg. Worse problems now. Why, gosh why?!
Hello!
I took apart my hotend and replaced the original effector platform with the new Trick Laser platform. I really wanted the LED ring and fans at the same time. I also upgraded to the newest firmware and Mattercontrol in order to completely start over since I was having so many print issues.
After reassembly, I am trying to extrude 100mm for calibration but it's completely non-responsive. My temps appear fine, and I'm able to set targets and raise the temps, but the extruder still doesn't respond. I'm guessing it's a bad setting in the firmware. I have scoured the firmware for quite some time with no ideas coming to mind. Doesn't seem like it should be an issue. Could be a fuse...? Is there a fuse that only powers the extruder stepper?
Anyone ever encountered this sort of issue?
Thanks for your time.
