[SOLVED] Extrusion Problems with HE280 continued

Hello,
I followed the instructions located here:
https://seemecnc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/a ... lament-JAM
but the grinding up of filament issue continued. I assumed that I did something wrong considering that the post says that there's a 100% success rate with that method, so I went to try it again. The problem is, I now have a "puck" of filament that I can't back out of the hot end. The puck seems to be too large in diameter to be able to pull out through the black plastic ring on top of the PTC adapter.
Has anyone else had this issue? I nearly ripped the filament off trying to pull it out (you can see it stretched in the photos). I also tried shoving it deeper into the hot end while it was heated to ~200c to try and melt it a little and then back it out but that didn't work.
Anyone got any tricks or tips I can use so I don't have to disassemble the hot end just to get this puck of filament out?
