Hello, I am a new member (I introduced myself, do not worry ^^).

I have just finished a new modification on my Rostock max v2, the problem being that the heating and ventilation of the extrusion head no longer want to function. I no longer have a voltage at the terminals HEAT FAN 0 nor HEAT FAN 1 ...

The modification is to move the spool on the side of the printer and not on the top, so I narrowed the power supply cables of the heater and ventilating the extrusion head, can that come from that ?

Welcome to the forums, and I'm sorry it was to deal with an issue.

By narrowing the power supply cables, what do you mean? Were they replaced with a smaller size or wire, cut down, or something else. If the LCD is running, it's unlikely you've blown the fan fuse, or actually removed the wire the portion of the rambo that feeds it. Would you mind including some pictures of the rambo wiring, as well as the extrusion head wiring. A picture is worth a thousand words, and even more so with a language barrier between you and most of the forum users (You manage English quite well, but technical discussions require a different vocabulary, that even many native speakers have some trouble with. No offense is meant at your language skills)

I shortened the length of the cables. But I just found the problem so ridiculous: the fuse moved slightly during the manipulation, so that it was no longer contact ...

So long as it's fixed, everyone is happy. As I mentioned, your English is more than sufficient for normal conversation. I'm just used to some particular terms, and with most of the people I deal with, something other than those terms usually means either a fire hazard, or an entertaining failure. In your case, neither happened.
