Hey guys Rostock V2 here.

it seems my nozzle height is good but when i try and do my first layer, its several mm too high. HR is giving a nice horizontal movement, just generally too high.

Software is simplyfy 3D.

To clarify, nozzle is paper width when manually jogging to g0z0. When print initiated, its more than a paper height, but is consistent at that height a too high height.

Whats different when printing than manually moving to Z0?

In the advanced options of S3D are options to set slicer offsets for each axis. maybe you have a number in the Z box.

Another thing to check in S3d,,,, Go to the advanced setings and make sure that your "Start Printing at height" box isn't checked, or not set for zero.
