Bed calibration Max V3

Post by tek »

I`ve finally had some time to play around with my Rostock Max V3.

Up untill now, i`ve run G29 a numerous of times, followed the delta calibration wizzard, https://www.seemecnc.com/pages/delta-calibration-wizard and tried OpenDACT. No mather what i do, i do have some high points between the towers on the bed.

Tried calibrating both with hot and cold bed.

Am i forgetting something?

Check your bed height the entire way around the bed. It should feel uniform. If you've got some areas that are higher than others, you probably have some of your bed supports flipped up-side-down. If you can see any marks from the ejector pins on the bed supports looking down from the top, those are the wrong way up.

I initially had the bed supports the wrong way, as i assembled it back in september. But turned all of them around, and verified that all of the ejectormarks where pointing down.

The high points does not follow the bed when turning but i could try to move the bed supports around, to see if high points fo follow.

Verified that the supports are the right way.

Tried turning the bed and the arms etc but the problem does not follow.
