Dead board??

I recently went on a 6 day vacation and left the heat off at home. I went to calibrate before a print, so I washed my glass plate and started to brush plastics from my hotend. I was using a wire brush, and I knew to stay away from the heater cartridge wires. I was cleaning on the opposite side of the heat block when my probe board lights went out and so did my lcd. I checked to see if there were any smells, there weren’t any. I checked if any fuses were blown, no broken filaments or burnt ceramic. I checked if my power supply was dead, I got 12.6v readout from my multi meter. I’m at a loss here, however if it’s the board this may be a blessing in disguise because I was planning on getting the duet board. Any ideas of what my issue is?

You can't visually inspect a fuse. They can lose continuity with a break that isn't visible to the naked (or even aided) eye.
