Hot end thread size

Post by jbinion »

Hi,
I haven't been able to find anythig using the search so I am asking. What thread size is used for the older H-1 printer nozzles? I have had several hot end/extruter issues and finally gave up on my printer and almost sold it. I talked to a friend and he is going to help me make a new design that incorporates cooling fins into the "stem" to help with with my little issues. I know the new ones are 3/8-24 threads. I basically want to use most of the parts especiall the PEEK part. Yea, I know I have no idea what I'm talking about either  ...lol

jbinion, John here. The old origional nozzles used a 5/16-24 thread on the nozzles and a 3/8-24 on the PEEK parts. If you need anything else, just lemme know. Emails work best, I get those quicker than posts on here.
