thanks to the FBook group members, as well as Ryan & Joseph, i was able to overcome some assembly obstacles and time constraints to complete my atremis build. the firstprint.gcode for benchy came out great! better than my current H2 ever has printed!

i read in a post there is a plugin for cura for the artemis/duet wifi? where would i get this from to try out?

hi in installed the duetRRF plugin into cura, and when i goto print to artemis, vie the duetrrf, it gives me a 'network error - protocol'. and when i goto the extension portion of cura to edit the parameters for the duetrrf plugin, its asking for the duet board username and password,,, is there a default username & password for the artemis duet board?

Only if you specifically set one.

Paste in your config.g and we'll see what's going on.

hi gene, i had to reinstall the cure, ill reinstall the duet rff plugin and try again, then ill post the config file.

ok, so gene, i tried to install the latest duet-wifi-rff plugin for cura 3.2.1 (Cura-DuetRRFPlugin-0.0.5),
i got this from the link listed below for the cura duetwifi.

basically unzipped the folder, and placed it in the /program files/ultimaker cura 3.2.1/plugins folder but when i oppen cura its not there, not recognizing the plugin added.
any ideas, as i need to install this plugin to try testing again . as well i will check the cura forum to see about installation problems for plugins.

I believe that you need to change the folder name from Cura-DuetRRFPlugin-0.0.5 to Cura-DuetRRFPlugin-master. That should do it for you....

Just a heads up on using Cura 2.3.1 with the Artemis.... I had a lot of problems trying to use that version. I had to go back to 3.1.

thanks bones, i thought the latest plugin ver 0.0.9 was supposed to work with cura 3.2.1...
ill try changing the name now, and see if it recognizes the plugin!

thanks bones, changing the namee of the folder worked, it recognizes there duet rff is there as extension... however when i went to upload a file to the artemis (after editing the correct wifi ip address) it says 'network error "" 301 incorrect protocol... ideas (i am using a sonicwall tz300 as my firewall/wifi, and have it set to pass wan traffic to lan seamlessly... i thought...)

well y'all here always are my saviors, i wish i could help, and down the road ,ill have experience to assist folks here too. im checking the duet3d.com site for me details on the plugin error.

the latest plugin version works fine now, v0.0.10

With Cura 3.2.1?
