Printer won't home... Please help!

In printer settings when Home Printer is selected the X and Z go toward the endstop switches but the Y goes down toward the printer bed. The only thing I've changed on the printer was adjusting the z position. After that when trying to Home the printer it would go toward the bed incrementally then stop. Tried printer calibration and the X and Z both didn't move but the Y moved toward the bed. Ever since only the Y will adjust while the X and Z stay in home position. It's as if the Y home position is inverted. I've attached a video below of what it's doing while trying to Home.

When you try the calibration it should home first, but it can't since the Y carriage is going the wrong way, so it should be the same problem in both cases. That looks live a v2 upgraded with HE280, ball joint arms and injection molded carriages. I just performed the same upgrade and had the same behavior. I updated the firmware to the latest from Seemecnc and left it set for the v3 in Configuration.h (#define PRINTER 5) thinking that would start out with the right numbers for arm length and radius since the v3 has those parts. I changed it to the v2 (#define PRINTER 2) and that fixed it. The v2 is set up for the same geometry in their latest firmware, but there is a difference in the INVERT_Y_DIR setting between the two.
Did the problem coincide with a firmware change? I'm not sure what you mean by "adjusting the z position."

Are you sure that your "Y" axis is going in the right direction? The "go toward the bed incrementally then stop" problem was what I had during the setup phase of my new Duet board. As well as my "Y" axis having to have its direction inverted to make it work correctly.
What do you get when you run each axis individually? And on a Rostock "X" is on the left, "Y" is on the right, and "Z" is to the rear (be sure to match up your endstops as well).
