I just designed a T-slot roll in nut for 10 series; printed in PETG with threads for 4mm or 5mm screws. This allow you to attach stuff to the extrusion by wedging the nut into place with an attached filament tail. You can glue the tail into place, fit your screw to the nut, and then clip off the tail, or pull it out. I suggest you prefit the nut before putting into the extrusion.

T-Slot Roll in for 10 Series 1/4 w 4mm or 5mm

Nice! You could throw a heat-set insert into it as well.

Re: T-Slot Roll in for 10 Series 1/4 w 4mm or 5mm
G.. That is a super idea.
The actual 8020 hardware parts use a rubber post and cost about $1.00-$1.70 each. Hardware is super expensive; and the hardware I tend to need, I never have in stock.
So far I have captured metal parts in a 3d print; I have melted 3mm nuts into a previous project; I would like to put 3d filament into a glue gun. Sooner than later someone with a bigger budget (and an MIT Pedigree) is going to ultrasonically weld parts, use gallium to print circuit board traces and embed electronics Voxel 8, or even fuse glitter with a "laser." Hacking anyone?

Here is a Y axis extruder mount (for any extruder) that has holes for the EZRstruder.

was working for me but I changed the link anyway to imgur
btw. will rambo on rostock max v2 be able to keep up with an extruder setting of 800 or so
when you get that crimping tool you will be thinking wtf its too tiny and dainty. dont worry it is great.

I don't know the answer to the RAMBo question, sorry.
The crimpers (PA-09 AND -21) will end up in a drawer with the other dozen+ normal & aerospace crimp tools I have.

Aerospace! Good stuff. Great experience I am sure.
As to stuff in a draw; I am about one more item away from getting booted from my house.
All I have to say to you is MOAR; which are best tools!

Damn my solid state machine just became a "lab rat."
A small change to config.g and config-override.g
; M665 R150 L351.155 B145 H530 X0 Y0 Z0
M665 R150 L351.155 B145 H464.5 X0 Y0 Z0 ; Titan areo to zero
With the breakout board (patch board for the effector cables)
I can now swap in effectors by plug and play (as opposed to having rewire anything)
Thanks to Hackney for his mount, I may try his tusk configuration later.
I also built a buck converter for case fan and always on fan, therefore when I go 24v all I will need to do is change heating elements.
