Filament Feeding Problem

Gents, I have just used my R-Max quite a bit over the last few days and its worked flawlessly... until now. The machine is now suddenly having a problem feeding the filament. It makes a clicking sound at the EZR Struder. The prints turn out horrible for obvious reasons. I have taken apart my hotend and made sure everything was clean and without occlusions and did the same for the EZR Struder. I removed the tubing and checked it to make sure there are no bends or kinks. Everything appears mechanically ok, so I then started thinking that perhaps my filament has too much of a bend, so I tested a print with new filament. Same problem.
I need ideas.

Possible causes are printing too fast for the extruder temp, extruder temp too cold, jammed hot end. Google "cold pull pla" for instructions on how to clear typical filament jams.

Good info. Like I said, I have been printing for several days now. The only thing that changed is that I installed a new hot end. I will play with the temps and see if that helps at all. The PLA is exactly the same (same spool) that I just printed about 200 meters of.

A new hotend? And after you installed a new hotend you started to have a problem?

That's like saying, "My car runs like crap! The mileage is horrible and it rattles! The only thing I changed was the engine..."

You didn't happen to change the nozzle size with the new hotend and not update your settings?
