RMV2 + Cura Infill / Flow rate issues?

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing some weirdness. Had everything looking great and was about to print my first real model in a long time, then Cura crashed and lost all settings. Had to reset everything and now it seems to be printing far less material than before. Flow rate is 100%, Heat at 200c, I checked to make sure steps per mm was right, extruding 100mm. When I print a full cube the walls are a little thin and the infill is garbage. Looks like a thick spiderweb in there. Anyone seen this before?
