Help required please with Horizontal Radius on Orion Delta

Dear Members
Background
I'm using an Orion Delta which is NOT connected to a PC, all the printing is done via SDCARD.
I'm looking to adjust the 'Horizontal Radius'.
Page 31; paragraph 13a) of my version 3.05 Orion Delta Printer Manual suggests I look for Horizontal Radius in my host software. (extract below)
Question 1, Could this 'host software' in my case be 'MatterHackers:MatterControl 1.6'?
If yes
Question 2, As [OPTIONS] [Hardware] [EEProm] [Configure] is greyed out in my MatterControl; is there a way to update the 'Horizontal Radius' via SDCARD?
Observation; It appears that my 'Horizontal Radius' is about 0.1mm lower than the centre.
Question 3, Is this '0.1mm low' excessive or am I overreacting?
Any observations or thoughts on this matter will be much appreciated.
Sincerely and in good faith

13a) If from the center gap, the nozzle goes DOWN toward the glass at ALL 3 TOWERS, load your host software and bring up the EEPROM information. You will look for Horizontal Radius. You want to RAISE that number. I suggest raising it by 0.2 and run towers.gcode to see the change, and keep raising the number till the gap evens out (changing this number will not make you need to re-set your z height, it will just raise the outer edges where the nozzle pauses).
