I can't figure this problem out tried everything

It shows you hotend at 235*. Did you heat it up before you tried to do the test? I believe in the instructions geneb wrote, it says the hotend must be at room temp before starting the test.

Yes it was at room temp
When I start the test it goes past 200 to around 240

What exactly did you type in to start the autotune, by default it only raises the temperature to ~150 degrees?

Probably your PID settings are too aggressive, or the thermistor is MILES off, the error just means it missed the target temperature by a huge amount.
All it's doing is raising the temperature to the requested value then trying various PID settings to see if they result in a more consistent temperature.
I would probably start by running
M303
Note no arguments then copy those results into the firmware, then I'd try M303 S200.

The fact you are overshooting by 50 degrees is a bit alarming and I'd verify that the actual temperature of the hot end is close to the requested temperature before doing anything else.
Verify the ambient temperature is close, set the Temperature to say 100C and measure with a thermocouple, to again verify it's close.

Ok I got that to work now when I print it retracts during printing not extruding

Would the above apply for the bed auto tune as well? I get the same failure. Im using a 12v 30 amp ps. It puts out about 13.5 volts.

I did the Same thing for bed auto tune and it worked
